To resolve this problem, here are some suggestions. 

1. While our site uses a variety of video types, our welcome video uses QuickTime.  Some older versions of QuickTime are not compatible and you will need to click here and upgrade to the newest version.  Once you upgrade, you should have no problem viewing our video greeting or any of the other QuickTime videos embedded in our site.

2. Other problems may be caused from running older versions of Internet Explorer.  Make sure you are running the most recent version.  This will eliminate many problems on this and other websites. 

3. Our site also works great with Firefox.  It is a free web browsing alternative to Microsoft IE.
